Day 1: Kampala
Arrive At Entebbe Airport, met on arrival and transfer to the
hotel. The rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at a Hotel in
Kampala - BB
Day 2: Lake Mburo
After breakfast and safari briefing, drive to Lake Mburo. Arrive
in time for lunch. In the afternoon enjoy a canoes trip on the
lake and a game drive. Overnight at Mantana Kibale (BLD).
Day 3: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Depart for Buhoma in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest arriving in the
afternoon. You may opt for a nature walk in the forest or relax
at the lodge. Overnight at Gorilla Forest Camp. (BLD).
Day 4: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Tracking in Bwindi requires stamina and can often take most of
the day. You will walk up steep densely forested hills tracking
through thick and humid forest you almost have to cut your way
through the undergrowth but finally coming across the gorillas
camouflaged in the vegetation is an inspiring moment. You have
one hour with the gorillas before returning to the camp.

Day 5: Kampala/Nairobi
After breakfast return to Kampala, retracing your steps through
this green and pleasant land. Arrive. Arrive Kampala late
afternoon and transfer to the airport for flight to Nairobi
Kenya for overnight (BL).
Day 6: Samburu
Depart Nairobi in the morning and drive through central Kenya
and norh across the equator to Samburu National Reserve arriving
Samburu Lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive. Dinner
and overnight at the lodge. (BLD)
Day 7: Samburu
Full day in Samburu, with an early morning and late afternoon
game drive. Samburu is a beautiful and and game abundant park,
home to rarely found species such as the Beisa Oryx, Grevy's
zebra, blue-necked Somali ostrich and reticulated giraffe.
Optional activities include a visit to a local Samburu village,
camel riding and guided nature and bird walks. All meals and
overnight at Samburu Lodge.(BLD)
Day 8: Treetops
Depart Samburu after breakfast and drive to Aberdare National
Park arriving Outspan Hotel in time for lunch. Afternoon
transfer to Treetops for overnight floodlit game viewing. Set in
the heart of the Aberdare National Park, this unique game lodge
overlooks a floodlit waterhole and salt lick which attracts a
host of wildlife - elephant, rhino, leopard, bushbuck and
occasionally an elusive bongo or giant forest hog. Dinner and
overnight at the tree hotel.(BLD)
Day 9: Lake Nakuru
Morning drive back to the Outspan Hotel, then depart shortly to
the floor of The Rift Valley making a brief stop at Nyahururu
Thomson Falls. Arrive Sarova Lion Hill Lodge in time for lunch,
followed by an afternoon game drive. Besides the flamingos that
the lake is famous for, there are approx 400 other species of
birds visiting the lake. Also, many species of game can be found
in the park including the introduced Rothschild's giraffe, black
and white rhino, waterbuck, reedbuck, lion, buffalo, leopard,
baboon and many species of plains game.

Day 10: Maasai Mara
Depart Lake Nakuru after breakfast and drive further along the
floor of the Rift Valley to Maasai Mara arriving Mara Sopa
Lodge/ Keekorok in time for lunch. Afternoon game drive. Dinner
and overnight at the lodge.(BLD)
Day 11 and 12: Maasai Mara
Spend two days in Maasai Mara, Kenya's most popular game
sanctuary where you will have the best opportunity of spotting
the Big Five (lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino and elephant).
On one day you will go out with picnic lunch boxes to spend most
of the day in the park coming back to the lodge late afternoon,
while on the second day you will have an early morning
pre-breakfast game drive, and another one late afternoon. There
will also be an optional visit to a local Maasai village. All
meals and overnight at Mara Sopa Lodge/ Keekorok.(BLD)
Day 13: Masai Mara/ Naivasha
Depart Maasai Mara after breakfast depart for Naivasha, arriving
Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon boat ride
on Lake Naivasha and a walking safari at Crescent Island, one of
the few places in the world where one can wander on foot amidst
wild animals - there are no predators.
Return to Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge for dinner and overnight
(BLD)
Day 14: Amboseli
Depart Naivasha after breakfast for Amboseli National Park
arriving Amboseli Lodge in time for lunch. .The park is famous
for its big game and great scenic beauty whose entire landscape
is dominated by Mt Kilimanjaro. Afternoon game drive. Dinner and
overnight at the lodge.(BLD)
Day 15: Amboseli
Early morning pre-breakfast game drive when you have the best
chance to see the majestic Mt. Kilimanjaro, returning to Lodge
for late breakfast. Morning at leisure - afternoon game drive.
All meals and overnight at Amboseli Lodge.(BLD)
Day 16: Lake Manyara
Depart Amboseli after breakfast and drive to Namanga
(Kenya/Tanzania border) where you will change vehicle and
driver/guide. After customs formalities drive to Arusha for
lunch at Impala Hotel, then proceed to Lake Manyara Serena Lodge
for dinner and overnight.(BLD)
Day 17: Manyara/Serengeti
Morning game drive in the Manyara Park, a park dotted with
exotic trees such as the giant fig, baobab and mahogany and
famous for lions that sprawl on trees (though rare these days).
Depart after lunch for Serengeti Nat. Park arriving Serengeti
Sopa Lodge for dinner and overnight. (BLD)
Day 18: Serengeti
Full day in Serengeti. Morning and afternoon game drives in the
rolling grasslands studded with wildlife for as far as the eye
can see. All meals and overnight at Serengeti Sopa Lodge.(BLD)
Day 19: Ngorongoro
Another morning game drive in Serengeti. Lunch will be at
Serengeti Sopa Lodge then depart for Ngorongoro via Olduvai
Gorge for a short visit of the museum. Dinner and overnight at
Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge.(BLD)
Day 20: Ngorongoro
After breakfast descend down to the crater floor for ½ day
crater tour, returning to Ngorongoro Sopa Lodge for lunch.
Afternoon at leisure with optional visit to a local Maasai
village. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.(BLD)
Day 21: Tarangire
Depart Ngorongoro after breakfast and drive to Tarangire Nat.
Park arriving Tarangire Sopa Lodge in time for lunch. Afternoon
game drive. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.(BLD)
Day 22: Arusha/Nairobi
Depart after breakfast with a game drive en route and return to
Arusha. Lunch will be at Impala Hotel then board afternoon
shuttle bus back to Nairobi arriving approx. 18:30hrs. Drop at
the airport for onward flight back home. (There is an option of
flying back to Nairobi from Arusha, instead of the shuttle bus).
